Mitigating interference is a highly complex and dynamic problem that has prevented widespread roll out of BLOS communications on rotorcraft. Proteus Unity addresses this challenge and provides a flexible waveform that mitigates interference by transmitting through the rotor blade disc. The modem system adapts to the environment it sees to ensure the most efficient, secure and resilient communications.
Next UHF, Secure and resilient satellite communication service. To prepare the future and to answer growing demands, Airbus has invested in continued support for operations by developing a new UHF SatCom solution, Based on a hosted payload onboard Eutelsat 36D satellite.
SpaceDataHighway enables high-volume data, time-critical and sensitive information to be transferred outside the vicinity of ground networks, in turn supporting faster and longer access to air and space assets, securely transferring information in hostile electronic warfare environments, ensuring stealth communications and allowing transferring large volumes of data generated by powerful sensors or to enable the combat cloud concept.
Ranger flyaway terminals are the premier satcom solution. Every Ranger incorporates light, durable components and is expertly designed for easy assembly, operation and maintenance. You can count on Ranger terminals to consistently deliver high-quality remote field communications to further your mission’s success.

Panel: Scaling Up Satellite Manufacturing Capabilities | Mr Jean-Marc Nasr, Executive Vice President & Head of Space Systems
Projected satellite demand in the coming years envisions no less than 1,700 satellites being launched every year. Satellite manufacturers see new opportunities with increasing demand driven by small satellites and constellations for both commercial and government users. On the other side, legacy business like GEO comsats has slowed down due to change in the end-users habit towards more data-centric use cases. In this context, satellite manufacturers are adapting their plants to both flexibility and scalability to cope with market changes and seize tomorrow's opportunities.
